About Us:
Welcome to Double R Farms. We are a third generation family run farm formerly known as Richen Farms. Our farm is located between Tacoma and Puyallup just off River Road next to Duris Cucumber Farm. After the passing of my father-in-law George W. Richen the farm land was leased out to various local farmers until the birth of our daughter Ashley. Nine years ago we were inspired to open Double R Farms as a way to help raise our daughter. We are hoping to make this a fourth generation farm. During the month of October our farm features a 5 acre corn maze and the largest selection of pumpkins in the valley. Come try your hand at one of three pumpkin slingshots. We even have one just for kids. We offer FREE tractor pulled hay rides on the weekends. In our 70 year old barn you will find decorative gourds, cornstalks, mini pumpkins, and edible squash. We also have live animals for the kids to see. Over the years we have served our community by providing exceptional produce and customer service. Concessions go on sale starting the 2nd weekend of October. So come see us at Double R Farms.
