Your CSA baskets contents will vary week to week depending on what is ready in the field and in season. We have spent the last 2 years searching for local sources of items that we are unable to grow on the farm, that we will mix into your basket to ensure you receive the best of the seasons bounty including many fresh fruits. In fact, you will receive fruit in your basket many weeks, along with other seasonal offerings such as sweet corn, baby lettuce mixes, fresh tomatoes, pumpkins, and broccoli (just to name a few). While your CSA basket is mainly fresh produce, we may also include some of our other offerings in your basket from time to time such as maple syrup, honey, breads, cookies, eggs, or jams (these items will help to fill out your basket during the first and last weeks of the season).
We are an old fashioned family run farm that specializes in farm fresh fruits and vegetables and pastured animals. We use organic and naturally sustainable methods that are good for you and our land. We welcome anyone to come and stop by our farmstead for a tour.
