About Us:
Owl Creek Farm has been a family farm operated by the Del & Linda Yoder family since 1977. The farm surrounds a log house built in the early 1900s where the Jackson family lived for many years. Pick your own Strawberries have been in production since the Yoder family moved to Morgantown..
Our main crop has been June-bearing strawberries. Right now the farm is undergoing a transition; our emphasis will be less on strawberries. This summer, hay and straw of various kinds will be available. In particular demand is barley straw, which has proved to be very useful in clearing farm ponds of unsightly algae. We are considering a pumpkin crop for fall.
